Sales Insights tab: product recommendation performance

Go to Apps → Vosaire: AI Chatbot & Sales → Analytics → Sales Insights. This tab reports on Product Recommendation Insights, gated behind a plan upgrade.

What this measures

This tracks how the Product recommendations action is performing — which products get shown, clicked, and (combined with Cart & Revenue) how much they contribute to actual sales.

Only relevant once the action is enabled

This tab has nothing to show until Product recommendations is turned on under Actions — there's no data to report on if Vosaire isn't showing product cards in the first place. Enable the action first, then use this tab (once upgraded) to see whether it's actually working.
