Pricing & billing FAQ
How does billing work?+
Vosaire is billed entirely through Shopify's app billing — it appears on your regular Shopify invoice alongside your theme and other app charges. We never charge your card directly.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The Free plan needs no credit card at all. Every paid plan (Starter, Growth, Pro, Scale) includes a 7-day free trial — Shopify collects your billing approval upfront, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and uninstalling before then costs nothing.
What counts as an AI reply?+
Each response Vosaire generates to a shopper counts as one reply — whether it comes through the storefront widget, Gmail, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Your own team's replies never count.
What happens if I go over my AI reply limit?+
We'll notify you before you hit your limit so you can upgrade. Vosaire never charges a surprise per-reply overage fee.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from the Billing page inside Vosaire. Changes take effect immediately and Shopify prorates the difference.
Is the Sales agent a separate purchase?+
No — it's included automatically on Pro and Scale. There's no add-on to buy or extra step to enable it.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Uninstall from your Shopify admin whenever you like — billing stops immediately, with no cancellation fee.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?+
Vosaire's access to your store is revoked instantly, and your store data is permanently deleted within 30 days, per our GDPR compliance webhooks.
