AI Insights tab: conversation insights and agent memory

Go to Apps → Caro → Analytics → AI Insights.

AI conversation insights — paid plans

Requires an upgrade to AI Conversation Insights. This is the most AI-driven of the analytics offerings — deeper, model-generated analysis of conversation patterns, beyond the more structured reports elsewhere in Analytics (like Questions or Sources).

Agent memory — free, all plans

This section is always available and has its own Refresh button. Its empty state explains exactly what it tracks: "Nothing recorded yet — this fills in as your agent hits knowledge gaps and you correct answers."

This is effectively an aggregated view tying together two things covered elsewhere:

• Gaps Caro hits when it can't answer (see Unanswered questions and Source gaps)
• Corrections you make via Revise this answer (see Recently trained answers and Rating and revising replies)

Click Refresh after making training changes or correcting a few answers to see this section update rather than waiting for it to refresh on its own schedule.
