Built by a team tired of expensive, clunky support tools
Support tools kept asking us to choose: pay per conversation and watch costs spiral, spend weeks configuring decision trees, or fly blind without any analytics. We thought you shouldn't have to pick.

Three things we refused to compromise on
Every product decision we make runs through these three filters. If a feature doesn't serve at least one of them, it doesn't ship.
Flat pricing, not per-conversation
Every competitor charges you more the moment your support volume grows. We think that's backwards. Handle 100 conversations or 100,000 — your bill stays the same.
Your docs, not a scripted flow
Decision trees break the moment a customer asks something slightly unexpected. Vosaire reads your actual knowledge base and reasons from it — just like a trained human would.
Insights, not just logs
Most tools show you a transcript. We show you what your customers are struggling with, which answers fell short, and exactly where to improve — without reading a single ticket manually.
How Vosaire came to exist
We were running support for a small SaaS product and experimenting with AI chatbots. The first tool we tried charged per conversation. It worked well enough — until the month we ran a promo campaign. Volume spiked, the bill tripled, and we turned it off. That's not a sustainable model for anyone building a real product. You shouldn't have to choose between running marketing and keeping your support AI agent alive.
The next category we tried was the decision-tree builders — tools where you manually wire up every possible path a conversation could take. The setup took two weeks. The moment a customer asked something slightly outside the defined paths, the AI agent gave up. Real customer questions don't fit neat flowcharts. Customers mix questions together, refer back to earlier messages, ask follow-ups you didn't anticipate. What they actually needed was something that could reason from the full body of your knowledge — not just match keywords against a map you drew by hand.
The third problem was visibility. Every tool gave us a conversation log. None of them told us which questions the AI agent couldn't answer, how customers felt about their support experience, or what patterns were showing up across hundreds of conversations. We were flying blind, running the AI agent on faith and occasionally spot-checking transcripts. Support shouldn't work that way. So we built Vosaire to be the opposite of every frustration we had: trained on your actual documentation, priced at a flat rate regardless of volume, and with analytics built in from day one.
The principles behind every decision
These aren't values we wrote for a slide deck. They show up directly in the product — in the features we prioritize and the ones we haven't built because they conflict.
Support should be proactive, not reactive
The best support interaction is the one that never has to happen because the customer found their answer instantly. Every feature we build starts from that principle.
Pricing should reward growth
When your support volume grows, it means your product is working. You shouldn't be penalized for that with a bigger bill every month. Flat-rate pricing means success costs the same as starting out.
Accuracy matters more than automation
An AI that confidently gives the wrong answer is worse than no AI at all. We'd rather an AI agent say 'I'm not sure, let me escalate this' than fabricate an answer that frustrates a customer.
Every conversation is data
Your support conversations are the clearest signal you have into what's confusing, broken, or missing in your product. Treating them as something to merely close and archive wastes that signal entirely.
