Custom API tools — coming soon (Pro plan)

Shown as "Coming soon" rather than an enable checkbox — this will let Caro call your own 3PL, ERP, or other external systems directly from a chat conversation. Not yet available, but visible in the UI as a preview of what's planned for the Pro plan.
