Vosaire is an AI customer support platform. You train an AI agent on your content — your website, docs, PDFs, FAQs — and it handles customer conversations on your behalf across whatever channels you use: your website chat widget, Gmail inbox, Telegram, WhatsApp, or your own API.
The idea is simple: instead of answering the same questions over and over, you teach Vosaire once, and it handles the repetitive work. When something's too complex or needs a human, it flags the conversation for review.
The three core concepts
There are three things worth understanding before you dive in.
Agents
An agent is your AI assistant. Each agent has:
- A knowledge base — the sources of information it draws on when answering questions
- A personality and behavior — how it responds, its tone, what it says when it doesn't know something
- A design — what the chat widget looks like if you're embedding it on a website
You can create multiple agents for different purposes. One agent for sales questions, another for technical support, another for a specific product — it's up to you.
Sources
Sources are how agents learn. You add content to an agent — a URL, a PDF, a Google Doc, a FAQ list — and Vosaire indexes it. The agent uses that indexed content to answer questions accurately.
The more relevant content you add, the better the answers. You don't need to do anything special with the content — just point Vosaire at it and let it do the indexing.
Channels
A channel is where conversations happen. Once your agent is trained, you connect it to channels so it can actually talk to customers:
- Website widget — a chat bubble embedded on your site
- Gmail — your agent reads incoming emails and drafts or sends replies
- Telegram — a Telegram bot powered by your agent
- WhatsApp — connect via the Meta Cloud API
- API — query your agent programmatically from your own app
One agent can power multiple channels at the same time.
What Vosaire is not
Vosaire is not a generic chatbot builder where you manually write decision trees and responses. The agent learns from your actual content and generates natural language responses. You don't script conversations — you train on content and let the AI handle the rest.
It's also not a replacement for your whole support team. It's designed to handle the repetitive, answerable questions so your team can focus on the ones that actually need human judgment.
