Settings: store voice, weekly report and alerts

Settings has four sections: Store & AI writing, Email reports, Plan & billing, and Privacy. Everything you set during setup can be changed here.

Store & AI writing

Everything the app writes for you (product details, pages that fill AI gaps, buyer questions and competitor analyses) follows these settings, so it sounds like your store.

• How AI recognises you: your store and brand names, your websites, and the country your shoppers are in.
• About your store: what you sell, who for, and what makes you different, in your own words. Click Draft from my store and the app drafts it from your products for you to edit.
• Tone: friendly, professional, luxury, playful, expert or simple.
• Instructions: anything AI should always or never do, for example "Always mention our 2-year guarantee" or "Use British spelling". AI still never invents facts about your products.
• Pages that fill AI gaps: your default page type and length for Fill AI gaps.

Changes apply to what's written next.

Email reports

• Weekly report: every Monday morning, in your store's time zone. Your score, the questions you won and lost, AI visits and sales, and what to do next. Click Send me this week's report to see one now.
• Alerts: when a competitor overtakes you, your score drops sharply (10 points or more), or you get your first sale from an AI assistant. At most one alert email a day; the rest wait for the weekly report. Pages ready for your review are always emailed.
• Send to: leave it empty to use your store's email.

You can turn either off at any time.

Privacy

Customer data and deletion requests that Shopify sends the app. They're handled automatically; when a customer asks for their data, download the export here and send it to them. See What the app stores and what happens when you uninstall.
