Plans, free trials and your monthly AI checks

There are four plans: Free, Starter ($19/month), Growth ($49/month) and Pro ($99/month). Shopify bills them on your regular Shopify invoice. Every paid plan has a 7-day free trial, and yearly billing costs 10 months' price, so 2 months are free.

What each plan includes

Every plan includes the AI readiness score, the AI access check, instant indexing, AI sales tracking and the weekly email report. The full comparison is on the pricing page.

Choosing, changing or cancelling a plan

Plans are managed by Shopify. Go to Settings → Plan & billing and click Change plan (or Change or cancel plan): Shopify's plan page opens, where you choose, change or cancel. Uninstalling the app also ends your plan.

How the free trial works

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. During the trial you get every feature of the plan on a smaller scale, so you can try it all:

On Pro, Grok joins when your plan starts. Everything unlocks when Shopify takes your first payment. The app shows your trial's end date at the top.

Your monthly AI checks

Every plan includes a monthly allowance of AI work: full checks, re-checks, product fixes, AI pages, competitor analyses and accuracy checks all come from it. Settings → Plan & billing shows it as AI checks this month, a percentage.

The allowance is set above what your plan uses even when you track every question every week, so most stores use well under half. If it's ever complete, your results, pages and AI sales tracking all stay as they are; new checks and AI writing pause until the date shown, when the allowance starts again. You'll see a notice on Home when you've used most of it.

Limits on your plan

Settings → Plan & billing shows how much of each limit you've used this billing period: questions, competitors, products checked, AI product fixes and AI pages.
