Install the app and get your first results

Install the app, choose a plan, review the buyer questions it writes for you, and your first results arrive a few minutes later. Setup takes about 3 minutes. You don't need to write code or edit your theme.

1. Choose a plan

Right after install, Shopify shows the app's plan page. Pick Free or a paid plan. Every paid plan has a 7-day free trial, and Shopify bills it on your regular Shopify invoice. Your first AI check starts the moment you choose. See Plans, trials and AI checks for what each plan includes.

2. The app reads your store

While you set up, the app imports your products, collections and recent orders (Shopify gives apps the last 60 days of orders). You'll see the progress on Home under Getting to know your store. It also turns on storefront tracking, so visits and sales from AI assistants can show in AI sales.

3. Answer four quick setup steps

The welcome screen walks you through four steps. You can skip any of them and change everything later in Settings.

1. How AI recognises you. Add the names shoppers and AI use for your store (a short name, your own brand) and your websites. When an AI answer names any of these, it counts as recommending you. Choose the country your shoppers are in: the app asks AI assistants as a shopper from that country would. Don't add competitors here.
2. Your store's voice. Describe what you sell and pick a tone. Everything the app writes for you (product details, pages, buyer questions) follows it. Not sure what to write? The app can draft it from your products for you to edit.
3. Stay in the loop. Choose whether to get the weekly report every Monday and alerts when something important happens.
4. Your buyer questions. The app writes the questions shoppers ask AI assistants before they buy, from your products. Edit, remove or add your own until they sound like your shoppers. Nothing is asked until you click Ask AI these questions.

4. Read your first results

The app asks each AI assistant on your plan every question, with live web search on, and reads the answers. Progress shows as "X of Y answers in". You can close the page: it keeps running.

When the answers are in, you'll see:

• Your visibility score and how often AI recommends you (how the score works)
• Who AI recommends instead of you (competitors)
• What to fix, most impact first (the action list)
