Plans, free trials and what each limit means

There are four plans: Free, Starter ($39/month), Growth ($99/month) and Pro ($249/month). Shopify bills them on your regular Shopify invoice. Starter, Growth and Pro have a 14-day free trial, and yearly billing costs 10 months' price, so 2 months are free. Your ChatGPT ad spend is not part of your plan: you pay it to OpenAI, separately.

Each plan covers your ads, your product feed and your tracking, and sets how much the agent can do.

What each plan includes

Every plan includes the manual campaign manager, the product feed, the pixel and Conversions API, the feed check on Products, and the weekly email. The full comparison is on the pricing page.

What each limit means

• Campaigns: campaigns made in the app that aren't archived. Archive one to free its place.
• Monthly ad spend it's sized for: a hint, never a cap. If your ads are on pace to spend more than your plan is sized for this month, Home suggests the next plan. Your ads keep running either way.
• Products in your feed: products on your Online Store. Your feed sends up to this many to ChatGPT; the rest wait until you upgrade.
• Markets: countries you sell in, each with its own ChatGPT feed in its own prices, currency and language. Your main market is included. See Product feed and markets.
• Feed rules: one-sentence rules such as "stop advertising products under 20". See Feed rules, profit check and shopper test.
• Tracked events: orders, add-to-carts and checkouts the app's server sends to OpenAI in a billing period. Orders always go. Past the limit, add-to-carts and checkouts wait until the next period. Events from the pixel in shoppers' browsers don't count toward it.
• AI titles and fixes: AI-written ad titles and product drafts in a billing period. On Growth and Pro they're unlimited, with a fair-use ceiling.
• Profit history: how far back the Profit page goes. Free shows the last 7 days.

Settings → Plan & billing shows how much of each limit you've used this period, and marks one that's Almost full or has hit its Limit reached.

Your AI allowance

Every plan also includes a monthly allowance of AI work: ad titles, product drafts and the agent's notes all come from it. Most stores use well under half. If it's ever used up, your campaigns, products and sales tracking all keep running; AI drafts start again on the date shown.

How the free trial works

Starter, Growth and Pro start with a 14-day free trial. Shopify asks you to approve the plan, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. During the trial you get every feature of the plan you chose. AI writing is smaller: 10 AI ad titles and product fixes, and a smaller AI allowance. Everything unlocks when Shopify takes your first payment, and everything you set up is kept. The app shows your trial's end date at the top of Home.

Your ad spend is separate

Your plan is Vosaire's fee for the app. What you spend on ChatGPT ads is billed by OpenAI in ChatGPT Ads Manager, under your own agreement with OpenAI. Vosaire never charges you for ad spend. Vosaire is not affiliated with OpenAI.

Development stores

Shopify doesn't charge development stores for app plans, so you can try any plan on a development store for free.

Choosing, changing or cancelling a plan

Plans are managed by Shopify. Go to Settings → Plan & billing and click Upgrade plan or Change or cancel plan: Shopify's plan page opens, where you choose, change or cancel. To cancel, move to Free or uninstall the app. Uninstalling also ends your plan. Plan history in the same place lists every change Shopify reports.

After you choose a plan, Shopify sends you back to the app, which confirms the new plan with Shopify. If it hasn't caught up yet, click Check again. See Troubleshooting.

Managed service

The Managed service, from $499/month, is Pro plus a Vosaire specialist who runs your ChatGPT ads with you. It's billed through Shopify as a private plan. Write to support@vosaire.com or use the contact page to ask about it.
