Open Code Snippets → Header & Footer.

Paste your Vosaire code into the Footer box and click Save Changes.
Prefer editing the theme? Go to Appearance → Theme File Editor, open footer.php and paste the code just before </body>.
Open your site: the chat button appears in the corner.
