Pricing & billing FAQ
Is the ad spend included in the price?+
No. The plan is for the app. Your ChatGPT ad spend is paid to OpenAI, directly in Ads Manager, and you decide how much with your budgets. The app never charges you for clicks.
What does "sized for $3,000 of ad spend" mean?+
Each plan is built for stores spending up to that much a month on ChatGPT ads: Free $500, Starter $3,000, Growth $15,000, Pro $50,000. If you spend more, the app suggests the next plan. Your ads keep running either way; it's never a cap.
How does billing work?+
The app is billed through Shopify's app billing. The charge appears on your regular Shopify invoice next to your other apps. We never charge your card directly.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Starter, Growth and Pro each come with a 14-day free trial. Shopify asks you to approve the plan, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Uninstall before then and you pay nothing.
What does the free trial include?+
Every feature of the plan you chose. AI writing is smaller during the trial (10 ad titles and product fixes); everything else is the full plan. Everything you set up is kept when your plan starts.
What counts as a tracked event?+
Each order, checkout started or add-to-cart our server sends to OpenAI's Conversions API. Orders are always sent, whatever your plan. Past your plan's events, add-to-carts and checkouts wait until next month, and the app shows your count so you can upgrade before that.
What is a market?+
A country you sell in with its own feed: its prices, currency and language from your Shopify Markets. Free includes your main market; Starter 2, Growth 5 and Pro unlimited.
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?+
No. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card. It stays free for as long as you use it.
Is yearly billing cheaper?+
Yes. A yearly plan costs 10 months' price, so you get 2 months free: Starter $390, Growth $990 and Pro $2,490 a year.
Do development stores pay?+
No. Shopify doesn't charge development stores for app plans, so you can try any plan on a development store for free.
Can I change or cancel my plan?+
Yes, any time. Change plan from Settings → Plan & billing in the app, or on Shopify's plan page. To cancel, move to Free or uninstall the app. There's no cancellation fee.
Do you offer a managed service?+
Yes, from $499 a month: Pro plus a Vosaire specialist who runs your ChatGPT ads with you. It's billed through Shopify as a private plan. Contact us to set it up.
Are the other Vosaire apps included?+
No. Each Vosaire app is a separate Shopify app with its own plan, because Shopify bills each app on its own.
