The B2B Order Desk Agent is built on Shopify B2B: it reads companies, locations, catalogs and payment terms, prices each order for the buyer and creates draft orders. It's in our Lab now, with early access.
How are Enterprise plans priced?+
By volume, on a calculator, as a private plan in Shopify. You approve it in your Shopify admin and it's billed on your Shopify invoice, like every plan.
Can we control who approves what?+
Yes. Team roles decide who can view, edit or approve; the same roles apply when someone uses an agent from Claude or ChatGPT. Every action is logged.
