If your plan is smaller than what you bring, everything is still imported. The extra bots and sources are saved and locked, and unlock on their own when you upgrade.

Where DocsBot may still fit better
- Very high volume on DocsBot's smallest AI models: its larger plans include more AI credits than our plans include replies. Our reply add-ons ($39 per 5,000, against DocsBot's $49) and custom plans close most of that gap, so check your monthly question count in DocsBot and ask us for a price.
- Its integrations, such as Zapier, Help Scout and voice agents, if your setup depends on them.
- Choosing between many AI models yourself.

Moving from DocsBot: FAQ
Will my DocsBot bots stop working when I import them?+
No. The import copies your bots; it doesn't change anything in DocsBot. Keep both running until you're happy, then cancel DocsBot.
Which DocsBot sources can be imported?+
Websites and sitemaps, single URLs, Q&A, documents (PDF, Word, text), CSV files, RSS feeds, and WordPress or URL-list sources (as the pages DocsBot already read). YouTube sources aren't supported yet and are listed as skipped, so you know.
Do my chat history and leads come too?+
Yes. Up to the last 1,000 questions per bot come over as conversations, with answers and ratings, and up to 5,000 leads per bot come into Leads.
What if I'm on the Free plan and have several DocsBot bots?+
Everything is imported. You choose which bot is live; the others are saved and locked, with their sources kept but not read. Upgrade and they unlock automatically. Nothing needs importing again.
I'm an agency with a DocsBot team per client. How does that work?+
Each DocsBot team can become its own Vosaire workspace, one per client. Workspaces beyond your plan are imported and locked: you can open them and look around, and they unlock when you upgrade.
What if I run the import twice?+
Bots you already imported are marked “Already in Vosaire” and left unticked, so you don't get duplicates. Tick one if you want a fresh copy.
Do I need a paid DocsBot plan to import?+
You need a DocsBot API key. DocsBot creates it under API/Integrations.
What if I need more replies or bots than a plan includes?+
Add them to any paid plan: 5,000 more AI replies for $39 a month (DocsBot charges $49 for 5,000 credits) or another bot for $9 (DocsBot: $19). Add-ons are monthly, like DocsBot's. For bigger needs, the pricing page suggests a custom plan from your volume; we email an invoice link and set it up.
Is DocsBot's AI credit the same as a Vosaire AI reply?+
Not quite. On DocsBot, a reply costs more credits on bigger AI models. On Vosaire, every answer the bot sends counts as one reply, whatever it takes to write it.
